The role of Restaurant Manager at Lucia is a key position within our Front of House team. Qualifications
Experience of a similar MGMT Position is desirable but not essential.

Areas of Responsibility

Rota Management

Creating rotas using the payroll system Bizzimply for departments and working to a budget.

Shift Operations

Running the shift, creating shift plans on an open, making decisions on staffing levels based on business needs and bookings. Ensuring all departments are engaged and running smoothly.

Staff Incentives

Responsible for incentivising staff, working closely with Supervisors to establish business or training needs. Monitoring and championing company incentives.

Disposable Orders

Responsible for disposable orders and processing invoices. Keeping all relevant items to company par level.

System Management

Owning relevant systems such as Bizzimply and Collins when on shift and ensuring audits are completed within time frames.

Admin

Basic admin duties including dealing with guest queries, complaints. Responding to emails and answering telephones.
