We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Totally Urgent Care Division. As a key member of our Urgent Treatment Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and provide safe and accurate clinical decisions regarding their care.
- Collate health information and signpost patients to the most appropriate service for their needs.
- Use knowledge and experience to plan and provide skilled and competent care to meet patients' health and social care needs.
- Ensure patients receive high-quality clinical care in a timely manner.
- Registered Nurse or Registered Paramedic with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience.
- Advanced clinical assessment skills, including history taking and clinical examination.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates reflective and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
