Telemarketing Role
Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Executive to join our team at CV-Library. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making calls on behalf of our clients, cleansing data, making appointments, conducting surveys and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making calls to potential clients to promote our clients' products and services
- Cleansing and updating data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Making appointments and conducting surveys to generate leads
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
