About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team at Total Care Services Ltd. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals in residential and nursing homes, private hospitals, and the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Support individuals with complex care needs, including those with physical disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and empathy to individuals and their families.

Requirements:

  • Must be an experienced Level 3 meds trained care assistant.
  • Must be a driver with access to a reliable vehicle or have access to reliable transport.
  • Must be resident in the UK and have more than six months' experience working in the UK.
