About the Role:

• The role of Intermediate Spa Therapist involves ensuring a high level of service and standards are always delivered across the Spa operation.

• As an Intermediate Spa Therapist, you must be competent in delivering a high standard of spa treatments, including massage and facials.

• You will be responsible for providing information and promoting all spa products and treatments, ensuring that all guests experience an environment centred around wellness and relaxation.

About You:

• You will have experience of all Spa Treatments within a 5 Star hotel or a luxury spa environment.

• You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• You will be currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy.

• You will have experience of spa and reception booking systems.
