About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil and Structural Engineering professional to join our team at Hydrock Stantec. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable projects that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and project teams on sustainable engineering practices and digital engineering solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, technical engineering, and digital engineering solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable engineering practices, including sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity net gain, flood risk, and nutrient neutrality.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages an advantage.
