In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for patients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, ensuring that our service remains at the forefront of best practice.

Requirements and Skills

">
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in mental health services, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
  • Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £31,900 - £34,227 per annum, as well as enhancements for night shifts & bank holidays. Additionally, we cover the cost of the DBS check and provide a supportive working environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
