Taka Marylebone Ltd is a small, yet highly skilled kitchen team in the heart of London. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers, and we're looking for someone to help us achieve this goal.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with Japanese cuisine, specializing in hot kitchen tempura/roberta grill. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ingredients in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and HACCP
  • Cleaning and organizing store areas
  • Supporting other chefs during service by restocking and cleaning
  • Preparing staff meals under the guidance of the head chef
Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, has good communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, flexible, and respectful of their colleagues and superiors.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company pension scheme, uniform provided, and Tronc bonus scheme.
