Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of People and Senior Management to develop and implement the HR strategy across the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive HR projects, including salary benchmarking, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting business transformation in line with company objectives.
  • Proactively analyse HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making and improve HR systems.
  • Support training initiatives and coach managers on HR best practices.
Requirements

Proven track record in HR as an experienced Consultant or People Partner. Strong experience in HR strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
