Media Measurement Specialist

As a key member of Deliveroo's Product & Global Marketing organisation, you will play a vital role in driving our measurement roadmap forward. Reporting directly to the Head of Media Measurement, you will be responsible for running key projects and spearheading key measurement initiatives.
This exciting opportunity requires collaboration with various teams, including Data Science, Brand, Research & Insights, and Local Markets. You will have a passion for driving action through data and insights, with the ability to simplify complex results into clear messages and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in marketing data analytics or business intelligence, with a strong understanding of marketing measurement approaches. Hands-on experience in data mining & manipulation using tools such as SQL, BI data tools, Excel etc. is essential, with Marketing Mix Modelling being a desirable skill.
You will be comfortable working at pace, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to drive projects forward independently. This role operates under Deliveroo's hybrid working policy, with 3 days a week spent working from our London HQ and the remaining time spent working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Perform deep-dives on key business questions and uncover trends and correlations to develop actionable insights.
- Project manage our Marketing Mix Modelling, working closely with Data Science and our agency to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate with Data Science to scope and execute projects aligned with our measurement roadmap.
- Work with Central & Local Marketing teams to help them understand results and activate recommendations.
- Present data and insights to cross-functional partners and senior business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement approaches.
- Hands-on experience in data mining & manipulation using tools like SQL, BI data tools, Excel etc.
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong presentation and data visualisation skills.
- Proven ability in managing stakeholders and building relationships across teams and functions.
- Experience in working in matrix organisations and partnering cross-functionally.
