The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the current landscape of technology used, strategy for this portfolio, and roadmap of projects going forward.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term strategy that leverages new technologies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the Telephony and IVR solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Relationship Management and Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Vendor and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: IT-based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: At least 5 years in telephony and IVR solutions, with experience in implementing solutions at scale.
- Skills: Strong understanding of technical applications, security, compliance, and audit requirements; demonstrated change and transformation management of complex environments; excellent communications, people management, coaching, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Teams Telephony, Avaya, and Genesys technologies.
- Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex change and transformation initiatives.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing teams of 10+ staff members.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in senior management reporting and presentation.
- Collaboration: Ability to develop collaborative and trustful relationships within a complex, outcome-focused organization.
