We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Hospice & Palliative Care. As a RN – Baylor, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of palliative care services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Administer treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in acute care, oncology, or home health care settings.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a home care position requiring 8 to 12 hour shifts. Reliable transportation and a valid State of Florida driver's license are required.
