You will work closely with the business owners to provide operational and commercial support, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

About You
  • A qualified or experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial leadership.
  • Excellent budgeting, reporting, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to lead and support a finance team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
  • Lead and Support the Finance Team: Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cashflow Management: Oversee daily cash reporting and ensure financial stability.
  • PAYE, VAT, CIS Submissions, Payroll, and Pension Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
