Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team at KJC Architects Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural services on a range of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies and create detailed drawings for residential projects
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and technical drawings
  • Assist with contract administration and project coordination
  • Develop and present project proposals and reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in stages 1-4 of the RIBA plan of work
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
