Senior Specialist Benefit Operations (FTC)

As a key member of the People Services team at Bristol-Myers Squibb, the Senior Specialist Benefit Operations will play a critical role in the execution and administration of the company's benefits and retirement program. This includes health & welfare, savings plans, and wellness initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and regional Employment Laws, as well as proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. They will be responsible for proactively documenting processes and activities, drafting and updating Local Work Instructions (LWIs) and Knowledge Articles, and driving the implementation of new benefits and process changes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing renewals and enrolment windows in partnership with benefits system providers and Benefits Strategy and Delivery Management teams.
  • Reviewing and updating system-generated communications and content on the benefits system and HR portal to ensure accuracy and market relevance.
  • Assisting with compliance and governance of total rewards plans, including identifying risks and participating in audits.
  • Completing annual Benefit Surveys and assisting with the administration of wellness programs and vendors.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong ability to use business judgment and network across a global organization to align with company objectives and strategy. Proficiency in English is required, with Italian or Spanish preferred.
