About the Role
The Employer Brand Specialist will play a key role in marketing Braze as an employer of choice, contributing to our employer brand strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. This includes developing recruitment marketing programs, communications, and campaigns that grow candidate awareness and consideration of Braze, source top-tier qualified applicants, and improve the company's hiring efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a content strategy to showcase Braze's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across channels and touchpoints, including social media, talent communities, blog, employee advocacy channels, and more.
- Ideate and produce compelling content and campaigns, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to consistently and effectively showcase #BrazeLife and our one-of-a-kind culture.
- Lead our global workplace awards strategy, including communications, surveys, announcements, and earned media, such as Great Place To Work.
- Manage and/or support recruitment marketing events and sponsorships, both in-person and virtual.
- Research new opportunities, talent markets, and partnerships that help grow our employer brand awareness and consideration as Braze continues to grow.
- Monitor and analyze performance against KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Experience across employer branding, marketing, content, and/or communications; BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
- Strong storytelling, creative, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills that foster long-term relationships and facilitate work cross-functionally.
- The ability to manage and organize multiple demanding tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects.
- The flexibility to work with teams and peers across different time zones.
- The ability to travel globally, when required.
