At Müller, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a Cream Filling Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of our dairy products. This exciting opportunity is based at our Müller Droitwich Dairy, where you will work closely with our experienced team to produce top-notch cream fillings.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,125.51 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 225.25 hours annual leave, PPE provided, and ongoing training and development opportunities. Our comprehensive compensation package also includes a salary sacrifice pension scheme with Müller matching up to 4% and life assurance at 2 x your annual salary.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a strong team working ethic, results-driven attitude, and proactive approach. You will need to be able to operate manufacturing machinery effectively, maintain hygiene standards, and perform quality control inspections to ensure customer expectations are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for materials replenishment, first-line maintenance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, be a good listener and team player, and demonstrate initiative and prioritization skills. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
