Job Description

This role involves supporting the seasonal peak by manually packing dairy products. As a Cream Packing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency in the warehouse.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manually pack dairy products into boxes, inspecting for quality and fitness for purpose.">
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure customer expectations are met.">
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and environmental standards.">
  • Operate equipment efficiently, meeting production targets and delivering required output.">
  • Replenish materials as needed and assist in training colleagues on job-related tasks.">
  • Evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.">
