About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Green Space Technician to join our team in the Chertsey area, working on ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.

Job Description

This role involves maintaining and improving outdoor spaces, including mowing and border maintenance, turf and leaf care, water course, pond, and waterfall maintenance, and hedge maintenance.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard
  • Care for turf and leaves, including seasonal bedding
  • Ensure water courses, ponds, and waterfalls are well-maintained
  • Prune and shape hedges to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Previous experience in garden maintenance and upkeep
  • Physical fitness to perform garden tasks, including operating machinery
  • Prior knowledge of gardening practices and plant care
  • A valid UK driver's license

Compensation and Benefits

£26,000 per annum, with additional pay for overtime at £18.75 per hour (time and a half), along with a comprehensive benefits package.
