About the Role
This is a retail opportunity with a difference - it's a chance to have a real impact. As a Team Leader at TK Maxx, you'll be supporting our managers by helping to lead a team of associates in a constantly changing store. About You
You're someone who can lead by example and motivate a diverse team. Our customers are very diverse too, and you'll know just how to make sure they can all enjoy a unique treasure hunt experience in the store.
