As an Orthopaedic Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures, including joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and fracture repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perioperative Care Excellence: Deliver high-quality perioperative care to patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Engage with a dedicated theatre team to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Orthopaedic Specialisation: Leverage specialised experience in orthopaedic surgeries to inform clinical decisions.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC/HCPC Pin: Must hold a current and valid registration.
  • Mentorship Qualification: Required to support and guide junior staff and nursing students.
  • Orthopaedic Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an orthopaedic setting.

Salary & Benefits
