Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant Autism to join our team at a progressive school that offers a caring environment for autistic children and young people. The successful candidate will create a safe and supportive learning environment, plan creative lessons, and participate in parents' evenings.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
Plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge and undertake marking.
Participate in parents' evenings and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.

Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and proven classroom experience or training. The school offers a highly structured environment and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that children feel valued and safe while providing differentiated access to the Early Years Foundation Stage, National Curriculum, and creative arts curriculum.
