We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Millbank Holdings. As a leading specialist in Engineering, Project Management, Operations/Production, and Business Support across industries such as Automotive, Chemicals, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and Water, we offer a unique opportunity for professionals looking to take their recruitment career to the next level.
The successful candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, including sourcing and screening high-quality candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, maintaining CRM records, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About the OpportunityThis role offers a chance to work on large-scale construction projects, collaborate with prominent automotive brands, and engage with engineering companies driving billions of pounds in revenue and thousands-strong workforces. You will be responsible for crafting and posting job advertisements aligned with client needs, managing talent pools, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Requirements- A minimum of one year's experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Familiarity with nuclear, power, chemical, oil & gas, water, construction, or rail sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build and maintain strong client relationships, and demonstrate exceptional planning and organisational abilities. You must also stay up-to-date with current recruitment legislation and compliance.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission and bonuses, along with a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, free gym, and parking.
