**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Works Project Manager to join our team at Collaborate Industries Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing our refurbishment, maintenance, and operational projects in our commercial office buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise various projects and operational management tasks, working closely with the business owner.
- Oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and operational projects, including designing and defining project scope, finding and liaising with suppliers, managing cost and time plans, and overseeing H&S and CDM responsibilities.
- Manage projects from start to finish, measured against the success criteria set by the company.
- Take on smaller maintenance projects, working with suppliers, and delivering successful outcomes and completions.
- Roll up your sleeves and help out with tasks, such as fixing a broken chair or touching up some paint, where the problem is too small to employ a contractor.
- Work with the wider staff team and liaise with customers to deliver projects.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of building services techniques and tradesman skills.
- Good computer skills, use of spreadsheets, and other business software.
- Strong management and personal organisational skills.
- Project management abilities to coordinate maintenance projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with customers, contractors, and staff. English must be your first language.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
