Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-value commercial projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, construction processes, and techniques.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-value commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and health and safety regulations.
  • CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work.
