Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative pastry menus and recipes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate the Pastry Team to achieve exceptional results and consistently high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior pastry role, preferably in a luxury venue.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality pastry products and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
