As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our public-facing web applications. Your primary focus will be on UX, with some server-side responsibilities. You will work closely with our design team to translate mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, functional web pages, ensuring SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, test, and maintain public-facing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap, and C# for server-side tasks.
* Collaborate with the design team to quickly translate mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, functional web pages, ensuring SEO best practices.
* Design, build, and refactor internal tools used by our back and front office staff for customer support.
* Lead multiple projects, communicate delivery updates to founders and team members, and present/demo new features and modifications.
* Write clean, efficient, well-documented code, continually seek improvements, and debug and resolve technical issues as needed.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

* Expert level in CSS, HTML, JavaScript (3-5 years)
* Expert level in Bootstrap and jQuery (3-5 years)
* Solid experience with C# (including LINQ, threading, and asynchronous communication)
* Good SQL/DBMS knowledge
* Good understanding of asynchronous programming techniques, e.g Ajax and threading
* Strong UX design skills with attention to detail, experience working from Miro or Figma wireframes
* Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and experience with VS Test Explorer/MSTEST
* Structured approach with the ability to keep Jira and Confluence tasks up to date

Nice to have:

* Engineering or Mathematical Degree
* Exposure to build environments using Jenkins
* Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
