Job Title: Senior Loss Adjuster - Complex Claims

We are seeking an experienced Senior Loss Adjuster to join our team in the London & South East Region. As a Senior Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of higher value and complex commercial claims.

About the Role:
  • Manage and lead large and complex reinstatement projects
  • Investigate commercial losses on behalf of Insurance companies
  • Visit policyholders' premises and maintain accurate records
  • Manage a caseload effectively and provide service delivery within clients SLAs
Requirements:
  • ACII/ACILA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of dealing with Major and Complex Loss claims
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Full UK Driving Licence
