Inventory Controller Job Description
**Job Summary:**
Polytec Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, purchasing and receiving raw materials, and processing scrappage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage inventory levels against targets and ensure accurate stock records
* Purchase and receive raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
* Kit materials and dispense floor stock items
* Process scrappage and maintain accurate records
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of stock/inventory control, purchasing, kitting, and fulfillment
* Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems
* Excellent computer skills with good MS Office abilities
**About the Role:**
As an Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing process. You will work closely with the production team to manage inventory levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes to optimize efficiency.
**What We Offer:**
