Job Summary:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Trade Counter Assistants, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Trade Counter Assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Trade Counter Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
