Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Lead to join our team at Giant Eagle. As a Starbucks Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all company policies, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong knowledge and passion for Starbucks beverages and products.
- Supervise stocking and receiving, and participate in taking physical inventories.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and direct team members in performing all duties.
- Oversee and evaluate all training of new and current team members.
- Maintain safety as the top priority for our team members, guests, and products.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant or barista role.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Food safety certification is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
