Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Progress Coach to join our team at Study Group. As a Progress Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic goals and maximize their potential.

About the Role
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to students to help them navigate their academic journey and overcome any challenges they may face.
  • Work closely with students, academic staff, and other support services to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students in achieving their academic goals, including identifying areas of improvement and providing targeted support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that students receive a seamless and integrated support service.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive the support they need.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support student success.
About You
  • You will have a Level 4 qualification and experience of working with students in an academic or pastoral support role.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • You will have experience of using data and reporting systems to inform your practice and make data-driven decisions.
  • You will be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
