About the Role


We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic support worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to lead fulfilling lives.


What You'll Be Doing


As a support worker, you will be responsible for empowering individuals to live their lives as they choose and achieve their goals. This will involve engaging them in activities they enjoy, such as shopping, going to the cinema, and enjoying meals out.


You will also assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Additionally, you will be required to work flexible shift patterns, including 24-hour shifts, day shifts, and sleep-in shifts.

Requirements
