Job Title: Field Service Engineer

BeBee Professionals in Chatham is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that our customers' technical equipment is functioning optimally.
  • Diagnose and Repair Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Provide Training and Support: Educate customers on equipment operation and provide ongoing support.
  • Complete Service Reports: Document all service activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
