We are seeking a skilled Electrical Procurement Manager to join our team at Morgan King Mechanical & Electrical. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services, ensuring that the company has the necessary resources to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the purchasing of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing while overseeing stock levels, ensuring efficient procurement to meet project needs.
  3. Use SAGE software to manage orders, invoices, and supplier records (training provided).
  4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
  5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand project requirements and procurement needs.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a purchasing or procurement role (electrical knowledge is advantageous but not required).
  2. Experience using SAGE (or similar systems) is beneficial, but training will be provided.
  3. A proactive approach with a strong focus on cost management and supplier performance.
