Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, robotics, and related equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as EFACS.
  • ONC (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
