Operational Leadership Opportunity

A fantastic chance to lead our South East team as we continue to shape the future of childcare. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Manager to cover our maternity post in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of several nurseries, ensuring high standards of care and financial viability.
  2. Provide guidance and support to nursery managers and teams, promoting quality and excellence.
  3. Ensure all nurseries maintain "Ofsted – Good" or higher ratings, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with policies and uphold the highest safety standards.
  5. Foster a positive culture, supporting staff development and stakeholder relationships.
  6. Oversee financial performance, maximizing revenue and controlling expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Children and Education (Degree preferred).
  • Extensive senior management experience in childcare.
  • Proven ability in staff leadership, service planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial awareness and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry software.
