Job Description:

Job Title: Project Financial Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Controller to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of financial strategies and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts for projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, ensuring the company's financial stability and integrity.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including financial reporting and accounting standards.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Financial Experience: Previous experience in a financial role, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial principles, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Financial Skills: Proficient in financial software, including SAP, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
