Become a key player in Lidl's property development process as a Facilities Management Graduate. With a focus on operational management, you'll undergo a structured training programme and on-the-job exposure.

During the 23-month programme, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through different teams, gaining a deep understanding of our business operations. This will include Facilities Management, Supply Chain Logistics, and Procurement.

In your second year, you'll develop into a specialist role within your chosen area. You'll take on real project responsibility, working collaboratively with our national Facilities Management team to drive business success.

To excel in this position, you'll require:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000* per annum, plus benefits including a company car, pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.
