Property Team Development Specialist

Lidl seeks an Acquisitions Graduate to join its Property Team, contributing to the development and management of the company's real estate footprint. As part of a nationwide programme, you'll undergo a structured training programme and gain hands-on experience across various departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Spend two years rotating through key functions, including Acquisitions, Construction, Facilities, and Head Office.
- Gain a broad understanding of Store Logistics and Supply Chain operations.
- Specialise in a chosen core area, taking on significant responsibilities and driving business impact.
Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree (2:2 or above) in any field by September 2025 or have graduated since September 2023.
- A valid full UK driving licence.
- The right to work full-time in the UK.
- Strong communication skills, applicable to various business levels.
- A commitment to teamwork, personal development, and adaptability.
