Embedded Consultant - Program Manager - Specialized Threat Program

Control Risks, the specialist global risk consultancy, seeks a skilled professional to support the client's Specialized Threat Program. This position involves implementing the client's global strategy for specialized threat and incident management, including kidnapping-for-ransom and extortion.

The successful candidate will focus on driving strategic objectives and deliverables for the client, ensuring key stakeholders are supported. As a subject matter expert on global and regional security dynamics, the individual will work closely with the client's security and support teams to secure the company's worldwide people and assets.

  • Execute day-to-day project management, including developing, delivering, tracking, and reporting on complex projects.
  • Provide quality control aligned with client requirements.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with local, country, and regional business leaders.
  • Develop and deliver highly detailed threat assessments and high-quality training products.
  • Support security teams and business leaders in operational response to security incidents.
  • Attend training courses aligned with preferred approaches.
  • Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a security-related field.
  • Extensive experience producing threat and risk assessments.
  • Experience using data analytics and mapping software in security assessments.
  • A proven history of building effective partnerships with teams.
  • Experience managing projects in a security setting.
  • Understanding of personal security and risk mitigation techniques.
  • Regional language skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. Total Compensation Package includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
