Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for handling all types of residential property matters, including lease extensions, transfers of equity, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, auction sales and purchases, re-mortgages, Help to Buy, and Shared Ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all types of residential property matters, including lease extensions, transfers of equity, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, auction sales and purchases, re-mortgages, Help to Buy, and Shared Ownership.
- Provide expert advice to clients on residential property matters.
- Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in residential property law and regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to supervise junior staff.
