This law firm has comfortable, well equipped, air-conditioned offices overlooking Blackheath Common. They are immediately adjacent to a lovely café/restaurant, three doors away from The Ivy Café and within close proximity of several well known retail outlets. They are also only a couple of minutes’ walk from Blackheath main line station (London Bridge 12 minutes), on several bus routes and Blackheath is only one stop from Lewisham DLR. Key requirements for the role include:- Ability to handle all types of residential property matters, including: Lease extensionTransfer of equitySale and purchase of freehold and leasehold propertyNew buildAuction sale and purchaseRe-mortgageHelp to BuyShared Ownership If some training is needed in any of the above fields, this can potentially be provided.
