Job Title: Senior Integrated Planner
The Role:
The Senior Integrated Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive infrastructure plans for each Site Director area within the client's Infrastructure (CSI) framework. This role consolidates key milestones, critical dates, and interdependencies among various elements, including Maintenance, DHDA Design/Safety Case, and Operational plans/programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate data from multiple sources to integrate into required P6 Resource loaded schedules
- Engage with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and potential mitigations
- Develop and manage a monthly DHI level CSI integrated infra plan to provide an overall strategic CSI picture
- Analyse, challenge and report discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities within the integrated plans
- Compile monthly reports on progress, change, cause and effect and mitigation measures
Requirements:
- Experience of producing P6 schedules and associated documentation
- Good understanding of risk, change management and stakeholder management
- Experience with Primavera P6 practitioner, MS Office proficiency
- Desirable: Working within an operational environment, working in a secure environment, construction/implementation experience
Security Requirements:
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
