Apprentice Culinary Specialist

At Greene King, we are committed to developing the next generation of culinary professionals. As an Apprentice Culinary Specialist, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that combines on-the-job experience with formal education and training.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the food service industry. You will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations, and develop your communication and teamwork skills.
The estimated salary for this role is around £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a pension contribution and discounts on food and drink.
