Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote high-quality care and patient safety.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with a valid NMC registration.
  • Recent experience working in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of patient-centered care and recovery-focused approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
