Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

About the Role
  • This pivotal role involves working closely with all internal and external customers to ensure the effective running of the department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting all administrative tasks and duties as required within the Supply Chain department. This includes deputizing for the Customer Service Lead and other colleagues, inputting orders manually and via EDI, acting as a point of contact for the Sales team, allocating orders, acknowledging and creating Purchase Orders, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputize for Customer Service Lead and other colleagues as required.
  • Input orders manually and via EDI.
  • Act as a point of contact for Sales team.
  • Allocate orders.
  • Acknowledge and create Purchase Orders.
  • Create Export Documentation as needed.
  • Create shipping manifests.
  • Create and print shipping pallet labels.
  • Book deliveries to offsite locations.
  • Manage daily deliveries and dispatches.
  • Process Goods Received Notes for Over-the-Counter Deliveries.
  • Support invoicing processes as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate filing of documents related to transactions.
  • Collect data for key metrics, shortages, and Dashboards.
  • Pre-alert local Management and Sales of transport issues affecting customer deliveries.
  • Support Materials Logistics Ordering (MLOR) process.
Requirements
  • Good degree of numeracy and literacy (English language).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A collaborator who works cohesively with others to ensure smooth operations.
  • Able to prioritize tasks to support customer service across Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, production, NPD, and Technical areas.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with functional teams.
  • Able to complete documentation accurately and legibly.
What We Offer

The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays, pension scheme, free products, and more.
