Job Description
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for deputizing for Customer Service Lead and other colleagues as required, inputting orders manually and via EDI, acting as a point of contact for Sales team, allocating orders, acknowledging and creating Purchase Orders, creating Export Documentation as needed, creating shipping manifests, creating and printing shipping pallet labels, booking deliveries to offsite locations, managing daily deliveries and dispatches, processing Goods Received Notes for Over-the-Counter Deliveries, supporting invoicing processes as necessary, maintaining accurate filing of documents related to transactions, collecting data for key metrics, shortages, and Dashboards, pre-alerting local Management and Sales of transport issues affecting customer deliveries, and supporting Materials Logistics Ordering (MLOR) process.

To excel in this role, you should have a good degree of numeracy and literacy, excellent attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to collaborate with others to ensure smooth operations. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate proficiency in SAGE or similar ERP systems, and work with minimal supervision.
