Coach (Boys Academy) - Elite Youth Football Programme

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach to join our Boys Academy team at Villa Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions for our 15-16 age groups, ensuring alignment with our Academy Performance Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of our young players
- Provide feedback to parents and players, and attend information evenings as necessary
- Collaborate with the Performance Analysis Team to ensure regular recording and feedback sessions
- Work with Medical and Sport Science staff to manage injuries and sports science testing
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award level, with a current FA Emergency First Aid in Football (EMFAIF) qualification. They will have demonstrable experience of planning, delivery, and monitoring of elite football programmes, and be able to communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
