Coach (Boys Academy) - Elite Youth Football Programme

About the Role
Villa Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach to join our Boys Academy team. As a Coach, you will play a key role in the development of our elite young players, working closely with the Performance Analysis Team to ensure that training sessions are aligned to the Academy Performance Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, organise, manage and evaluate all training sessions for the 15-16 age groups
- Provide feedback to parents and players, and attend information evenings as necessary
- Assist the Performance Analysis Team in recording games and footage feedback sessions
- Work collaboratively with Medical and Sport Science staff in the management of injuries and sports science testing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be qualified to at least UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award level, with a current FA Emergency First Aid in Football (EMFAIF) qualification. You will also need demonstrable experience of planning, delivery and monitoring of elite football programmes, as well as the ability to communicate in a clear and concise way.
